Shipping times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or external factors. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong size or item), we cover return shipping and offer a full refund upon receipt. For all other returns within the 14-day window, shipping is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
